Barbara Prpić
Barbara Prpić was born in Leonberg, Germany on 4 December 1978 and graduated from the Zagreb University Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2002. She has been the member of the Zagreb Youth Theatre (ZKM) company since 2005.

At the Viminacium festival she received the 2018 award for the actress of the evening for her role in Bakhe (The Bacchae, directed by Lenka Udovički, a co-production of ZKM and the Ulysses Theatre). She also won the 2021 Croatian Actor Award for her role in the radio drama Žudnja (Desire, written by Nina Mitrović, directed by Mislav Brečić). She also worked with the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, City Theatre Gavella, Dubrovnik Summer Festival, Ulysses Theatre, Volksbühne Berlin (in Die Chinesin, directed by Dimitar Gotscheff) and had a number of film, TV, and radio drama roles.
She is living and working in Zagreb, with ZKM as her headquarters.
