Ugo Korani

Ugo Korani took his master’s degree from the Zagreb University Academy of Dramatic Arts and has been the member of the Zagreb Youth Theatre (ZKM) company since 2019.

For his roles as Dmitri Fyodorovich Karamazov and Kartashev in The Brothers Karamazov he received the 2022 Croatian Actor Award in the outstanding young actor performance category.

Ugo received the 2022 annual Vladimir Nazor Award for the roles of Dmitri Fyodorovich Karamazov and Kartashev in The Brothers Karamazov by F. M. Dostoevsky, directed by Oliver Frljić, and for Yermolai Alexeievitch Lopakhin in The Cherry Orchard by A. P. Chekhov, directed by Ivan Popovski.
